A Community Taking Action Against Speeding in our Neighborhood
To order a yard sign:
Email me! They run about $12-15 per sign depending on current cost at Walgreens. I only charge cost of the sign and will porch drop-off to you.
What’s Going On?
Our neighborhood is being used as a cut-through between two busy roads, and many drivers are flying through at dangerous speeds. With families, kids, and pets living here, we are organizing to make our road safer.
We are taking action!
What We’re Doing:
⚠️ Forming a neighborhood action group
⚠️ Talking with city officials about enforcement and traffic calming
⚠️ Posting signage and creating awareness
⚠️ Gathering contact information and stories/concerns from neighbors
⚠️ Reporting dangerous drivers
⚠️ Lobbying our House Representative and City Council with strategic proposals
